FREE 44 Day Shiva Mantra Practice with Alex Mrowicki & Shakti Tracy

​In this 44 day period, we will commit to a daily personal practice of 108 repetitions of the Shiva Mantra, ‘Aum Namah Shivaya'

This is a non-religious space to explore your own personal experience of Shiva and this Mantra.
​
​This is supported by 3 live online ceremonies (Via Zoom) and an admin only Whatsapp group with daily reminders, inspirations and Space for Weekly group shares.

​This is a Free offering, but donations to the charity 'peacedirect' are welcomed

- Opening Ceremony - Sunday 31 May 2026

(introduction to the practice, Shiva with Songs and Intention Setting)

- Midway Ceremony - Sunday 21 June

5am (New York), 10am (London), 7pm (Sydney)(with Shiva Breathwork, Songs and Shamanic Journey)

- Closing ceremony - Monday 13 July

(The ceremonies will last 1-1.5hrs and Recordings will be shared in Whatsapp group for people who cant attend live)

DAILY PRACTICE

The daily practice is done at whatever time suits you and this is supported by daily reminders and inspiration in A WhatsApp group.

the Whatsapp group is admin only most days, with space for shares on Wednesdays - this is to prevent too many messages interfering with peoples practice.

The daily practice takes 5-10mins

Space Holders

Shakti Tracy, is a Shamanic Practitioner and Breathwork Teacher with 30yrs experience in the Healing and wellness. She has been working with mantras For 4 years, she loves to support people to have direct access to the Divine and experience themselves as Divine too.

Alex Mrowicki is a Yoga teacher and breathwork facilitator and leads regular in-person community Kirtan and chanting events in his home town of Rugby. He is passionate about sharing the wisdom and science of Yoga and Mantra with others to help them connect with and come home to their true essence and nature.
